We deliver our bouquets from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You can choose the delivery date and time when you place your order. We will do our best to deliver your flowers at the requested time, and if any emergency occurs, our managers will contact you right away. If no delivery time is specified, we will deliver the flowers during our regular delivery hours.
If you need to change the delivery date or time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request as fast as possible.
We deliver flowers on all days of the week, including weekends and holidays. However, in some countries and cities delivery might not be available on certain public holidays. Please consult with our managers to make sure we'll manage to deliver your order on time.
We offer three delivery methods: Standard Delivery, Next-Day Delivery, and Same-Day Delivery. You can choose the delivery method when you place your order. The delivery fee and estimated delivery time will be displayed before you confirm your order.
We can deliver your flowers to hotels, restaurants, and other public places. Please make sure you specify the correct address and room number when placing your order. We will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery if you provide us with incomplete or incorrect information.
You can claim a refund if the bouquet you received is significantly different from the one you ordered. To get a refund, please send us photos of the received bouquet within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.
